TiE Women Program 2026 Kicks Off with an Inspiring Info Session & Meet & Greet

The 2026 TiE Women Program – TiE Silicon Valley officially launched with an engaging Info Session & Meet & Greet, bringing together 35 of the 50 selected women founders who will participate in this year’s cohort.

The session opened with a warm welcome from Anita Manwani, President & Board Chair, TiE Silicon Valley & TiE Global Board of Trustees, who encouraged participants to make the most of the opportunities available through the program and the broader TiE Silicon Valley ecosystem. She was joined by Program Chairs Sushma Malhotra and Vidhya Ranganathan, along with Program Manager Patricia Acosta, who welcomed the founders and shared their excitement for the journey ahead.

During the info session, participants received an overview of the two-month program, including the masterclass series, one-on-one mentorship, networking opportunities, and the chapter pitch competition. Founders also learned about the many ways they can engage with the TiE Silicon Valley community beyond the program, including access to events, educational programs, investors, mentors, and one of the world’s largest entrepreneurial networks.

The session also outlined what founders can expect throughout the program—from expert-led workshops and personalized mentorship to practical guidance on fundraising, go-to-market strategy, leadership, branding, and investor readiness. Participants were encouraged to actively engage with mentors, connect with fellow founders, and take full advantage of the resources available to help accelerate their startup journey.

The Meet & Greet that followed gave each founder the opportunity to introduce herself, share the mission behind her startup, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. The diversity of industries, technologies, and ideas represented in this year’s cohort highlighted the incredible talent and innovation driving women-led startups today. It was an inspiring first opportunity for participants to begin building relationships that will continue throughout the program.

As the cohort embarks on the next two months of learning, mentorship, and collaboration, TiE Silicon Valley looks forward to supporting these exceptional founders as they grow their companies, expand their networks, and prepare for the TiE Women Silicon Valley Finals.
