TiE Silicon Valley Women’s Program Finals: What an Incredible Journey
The 2025 TiE Silicon Valley Women’s Program Finals marked the culmination of months of dedication, learning, and growth. What began with our kickoff meet-and-greet and info session on July 14 evolved into a transformative journey of masterclasses, mentoring, semifinals, and finally the grand finale on September 16.
Throughout the program, participants gained access to expert-led sessions designed to sharpen their skills, strengthen their strategies, and prepare them to pitch with confidence. Our lineup of masterclasses included:
- Building a Global Brand on a Startup Budget (Part 1 & Part 2) with Preethy Padmanabhan & Wandia Chiuri
- Crafting a Winning Pitch Deck with Naeem Zafar
- Mastering Investor Conversations with Preetha Ram
- Go-to-Market Strategy for Early-Stage Startups with R. Paul Singh
- Ask Me Anything with Jayashree Dutta, 2024 TiE Silicon Valley Winner
- Financials: Metrics That Matter to Investors with Naeem Zafar
Combined with personalized mentoring sessions, these programs gave founders the tools and insights to refine their business models, scale their ideas, and pitch with impact.
The journey led to an exciting Semifinal on September 4, where standout founders competed for six coveted spots in the Finals. On September 16, the top six pitched for the ultimate honor: to represent TiE Silicon Valley at the TiE Women Global Pitch Competition in January 2026 in Jaipur, India.
✨ Congratulations to Christie Wang, Co-Founder & CEO, Vista Robotics, Inc., our TiE Silicon Valley Chapter Winner. Christie will take the stage in Jaipur to showcase her groundbreaking AI surgical robotic system.
👏 Our Runners-Up, Neta Glaser, CEO, Hakala Medical and Lavanya Poreddy, Founder & CEO, AskSheldon, also impressed with their bold visions and impactful solutions.
This program would not have been possible without the dedication of our judges, speakers, mentors, and program chairs Sushma Malhotra & Vidhya Ranganathan. Your support and expertise shaped this journey and empowered women founders to thrive.
To all our participants — congratulations. The Finals may close this year’s program, but this is just the beginning of your entrepreneurial journeys.
Stay tuned as we highlight each semifinalist and finalist in individual blog posts, spotlighting their pitches, companies, and stories.
