TiE Silicon Valley Holiday Party 2025: A Night of Celebration, Connection, and Future-Building

The TiE Silicon Valley Holiday Party hit different this year. On November 21, 2025, our community came together for a night that was equal parts celebration, reunion, and gratitude. With Charter Members, CXOs, sponsors, and special invitees all under one roof, the energy was loud, proud, and full of momentum from an incredible year.

From the moment guests walked in, it felt like a family gathering — the kind where everyone’s building something big, cheering each other on, and celebrating the insane progress TiE SV made throughout 2025.

Celebrating a Year of Impact and Growth

This year wasn’t just busy — it was stacked.

And of course, TiEcon 2025 welcoming over 3,000 attendees and raising the bar yet again as one of the most content-rich entrepreneurship conferences out there.

This holiday party wasn’t “just a party” — it was a victory lap for our TiE Silicon Valley Community

Words from Our President & Board Chair

Anita underscored how crucial it is for TiE Silicon Valley to stay ahead of the curve as AI continues to evolve at lightning speed, emphasizing that TiE Silicon Valley must adapt just as fast to remain relevant and impactful. She reaffirmed TiE Silicon Valley’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs with real training, mentorship, and a community that backs founders from idea to execution. From high school innovators to venture-scale CEOs, TiE Silicon Valley is dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurs at every stage, powered by the involvement of charter members, mentors, and partners who show up year-round. Anita also highlighted a key takeaway from TiEcon 2025: with 23.5% female attendees and 76.5% men, the chapter is focused on increasing female participation and pushing for a more inclusive and representative startup ecosystem moving forward. — Anita Manwani, President & Board Chair, TiE Silicon Valley – Vice Chair, TiE Global Board of Trustees

A Community That Shows Up

One of the coolest parts of the night? Seeing everyone connect — Our Charter Members & CXOs catching up about deals and collaborations, swapping stories about breakthroughs, and having a good time on the dance floor.

Sponsors and partners also showed out strongly, celebrating the impact they helped make possible. It was the type of evening where you look around the room and think: Yeah, this is why TiE Silicon Valley is different.

Spotlight on Entrepreneur Wins

Anita Manwani, President & Board Chair, TiE Silicon Valley – Vice Chair, TiE Global Board of Trustees, presentation reminded us exactly why we do all this: the founders.

Some major 2025 success stories were highlighted — from She Pitches, She Wins champions, to teams landing seed and Series A rounds, to founders who came to TiE Silicon Valley through one program and ended up thriving across multiple. It was a flex in the best way: proof that the ecosystem is working.

A Night of Fun, Music, and Good Vibes

Between the DJ, the cocktails from 10th Street Distillery, the Broadway Masala catering, and the nonstop conversations happening in every corner, the night was just… fun. The kind of fun that only happens when people who genuinely support each other are in the same room.

The lineup carried the night — shoutout to the MCs, entertainment team, and everyone who kept the energy up. This community knows how to grind all year and still show up ready to celebrate like family.

Looking Ahead: TiEcon 2026 and a Bigger, Bolder Year Ahead

We also teased what’s coming next — because TiE Silicon Valley is already building for 2026.

TiEcon 2026: AI & You: Human Centered, AI Powered — April 29–May 1, 2026 is going to be another level.

With more founders coming in, more CXOs joining, and more engagement across funding, mentoring, education, and global gateway programs, the momentum isn’t slowing down.
