TiE Silicon Valley Angels Office Hours Launches with President Anita Manwani
TiE Silicon Valley is thrilled to announce the successful launch of our new Angels Office Hours program, an initiative designed to provide early-stage founders with direct, candid feedback and invaluable mentorship from seasoned angel investors.
We were honored to kick off this series with our very own TiE Silicon Valley President, Anita Manwani. Her expertise and insightful guidance from the helm of our organization set an incredible tone for the sessions to come.
The inaugural office hours featured six exceptional founders, each building innovative solutions across diverse sectors, from AI and health tech to education and networking. Each had the exclusive opportunity to pitch their venture and receive tailored advice from Anita.
Here are the founders who participated in our first session:

A Glimpse into the Experience
The feedback from our founding cohort highlights the unique value of this intimate, expert-led space.
Lavanya Poreddy of AskSheldon, a platform guiding high schoolers through their academic journey, shared her appreciation for TiE Silicon Valley: “I’m extremely grateful for the support that TiE Silicon Valley has been providing to female founders like me, especially first-time founders. The Angel Office Hours really helped get an initial and very candid feedback on the pitch, on the approach, and the traction. Getting mentorship from such industry experts really helps us feel that we are in the right hands.”
Hemant Gangolia of iNRI, which is already seeing strong traction with over a thousand paying customers, emphasized the strategic value of the session. “Anita had great insights into what we’re building both on product and growth. What’s important is to be very laser-focused on your Ideal Customer Profile, think very hard on who are you solving for and build the core problem which is a painkiller and not a multivitamin.”
He endorsed the Office Hours for early-stage startups, noting that the experience within the TiE Silicon Valley’s network “could help shorten your time to success.”
