The overarching objective is to equip them for a college environment centered around project-based learning and a workforce increasingly characterized by entrepreneurial endeavors. Spanning six months, the TYE Academy program offers immersive hands-on training, encompassing the entire product development spectrum, from ideation to product launch. These sessions cover crucial aspects, including fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, honing leadership skills, refining communication and public speaking abilities, and fostering effective teamwork.
