Sandeep Kishore is the Founder and CEO of Agivant Technologies, an AI-first digital and cloud engineering services firm. A seasoned CEO, board advisor, and mentor, he brings 30+ years of experience scaling global technology businesses and driving enterprise transformation.
He previously served as Executive Partner at Siris Capital and as CEO & Managing Director of Zensar Technologies, where he led a successful turnaround, transforming the company into a fully digital enterprise. Earlier, Sandeep spent over 25 years at HCL Technologies, building multiple billion-dollar businesses across healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, and engineering services.
A TiE Silicon Valley Angels, an alumnus of IIT Bombay, Sandeep advises companies including ThoughtFocus, LeadSquared, and InventHealth, and co-founded the Har Asha Foundation.
