On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, TiE Silicon Valley hosted another edition of its Charter Member Lounge: Connect, Converse, Collaborate, bringing together members of the TiE SV community for an evening of conversation, shared experiences, and connection.
The session featured a panel conversation with Andy Pandharikar and Harsh Sheth, two standout Charter Members, facilitated by Vidhya Ranganathan. The discussion offered Charter Members an opportunity to hear directly from fellow members about their journeys, perspectives, and experiences across their respective industries.
The evening began with informal arrivals and networking, setting the stage for a candid and engaging conversation. Vidhya guided the panel through a range of topics, inviting Andy and Harsh to share insights from their professional journeys, the experiences that have shaped them, and the lessons they have gathered along the way.
The conversation highlighted the value of learning from fellow entrepreneurs and leaders. Rather than a traditional speaker-led session, the panel created space for an open exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives, allowing members to connect with the people behind the professional accomplishments.
The discussion also extended beyond the panel through a live audience Q&A, giving Charter Members the opportunity to engage directly with Andy and Harsh and explore topics that were particularly relevant to them. The questions and discussion reflected the collaborative spirit of the TiE community, where members learn not only from formal programming but also from one another.
More than just a panel discussion, the evening reinforced what makes the Charter Member Lounge unique: a space for TiE Silicon Valley’s Charter Members to connect, converse, and collaborate in an informal setting.
The session concluded with open networking, allowing members to continue the conversations, exchange ideas, and build relationships beyond the evening’s discussion.
The Charter Member Lounge continues to create opportunities for TiE Silicon Valley’s senior community to come together, share experiences, and strengthen the connections that make the TiE network so valuable.
