TiE Silicon Valley is the global launchpad for those who dare to build a better tomorrow, fueled by a diverse network, personalized support, and an unwavering belief in the power of collaboration. The mission of TiE Silicon Valley is to foster entrepreneurship and innovation through mentoring, networking, education, funding, and incubation.
Year-round, TiE Silicon Valley provides entrepreneurship-focused engagements, professional networking opportunities, innovation and growth forums, and industry and innovation summits to bring together founders, CXOs, venture capitalists, and corporate executives. TiE Silicon Valley also offers educational programs and boot camps to youth and aspiring entrepreneurs.
TiE Silicon Valley is a not-for-profit organization, founded in 1992 by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and investors.
Birth of TiE
TiE was founded by a group of entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the South Asian or Indus region and was named TiE for “The Indus Entrepreneurs.”
Founding Chapter
TiE Silicon Valley begins to provide technology entrepreneurs with mentoring services, networking opportunities, startup-related education, funding, and incubating.
Charter Members
The Charter Membership of TiE grows and becomes an inviable network which startups founders want to join.
Biggest and Best TiEcon
TiEcon hosts the founder and CEO of NVIDIA, Jensen Huang, for the grand keynote at TiEcon 2024. Many other luminaries, including the Chairman and CEO of Palo Alto Networks, Nikesh Arora, and the President and CEO of Sutter Health, Warner Thomas.
