Milan Chavarkar, CEO of Kiara Health – Reimagining the 90 Days Before IVF | TiE Women’s Program Silicon Valley 2026

At the TiE Women’s Program – Silicon Valley Finals, we spotlight founders who are building new approaches to some of the most personal and complex challenges in healthcare. Milan Chavarkar, CEO of Kiara Health, is focused on an often-overlooked part of the fertility journey: what happens before IVF.

Through Kiara Health, Milan is building an AI-powered fertility platform designed to help couples understand the factors that may influence conception and take more proactive steps before entering clinical treatment.

Kiara calls this period “Trimester 0” — the 90 days before IVF when couples can gather insights, address potential barriers, and create a more informed path forward.

The Problem

The fertility journey can be overwhelming and fragmented.

Couples may receive information from different providers, laboratories, online resources, and wellness products, but those pieces of information aren’t always brought together into one clear picture.

Traditional fertility care can also become highly reactive. Couples may not receive comprehensive support until they are already struggling to conceive or preparing for an intervention such as IVF.

Yet reproductive health is influenced by a range of interconnected factors — including hormones, lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition, metabolic health, reproductive health, and the health of both partners.

Kiara Health is designed to address that gap by helping couples understand their fertility health earlier and identify actionable next steps.

Kiara Health’s Solution

Kiara Health is an AI-powered fertility care platform designed to provide personalized insights and support across the fertility journey.

Its approach looks at both partners and brings together information across seven health domains:

The platform uses these inputs to generate personalized, clinician-reviewed insights and recommendations.

Rather than simply giving couples more data, Kiara’s goal is to turn that information into a clear, personalized plan.

The 90-Day “Trimester 0”

At the heart of Kiara’s approach is the idea that the period before IVF deserves greater attention.

Trimester 0 refers to the 90 days before IVF — a window in which couples can better understand their health, identify potential areas of opportunity, and take proactive steps.

Kiara’s current 90-day wellness program includes personalized insights, education, coaching, nutrition and supplement support, and access to testing resources. The program is designed for both partners, recognizing fertility as a shared journey.

The company’s broader care model can also connect users with fertility-trained providers, specialists, psychological support, testing, and IVF preparation.

From Fragmented Data to a Personalized Care Plan

One of Kiara’s central ideas is that fertility isn’t a single test — it’s a system.

Instead of looking at individual data points in isolation, Kiara aims to bring multiple aspects of reproductive and overall health together to create a more complete picture.

For couples, this can mean moving from:

“What should we do?”

to

“Here is where we are, here are the areas we can focus on, and here are the next steps.”

Kiara’s platform provides personalized reports and recommendations, with clinician involvement built into its care model.

Why This Matters

Fertility care often begins when couples are already facing challenges. Kiara Health is working to create more support in the space before that point.

Its approach is designed to help couples:

The company supports different paths to parenthood, including trying naturally, preparing for IVF, fertility preservation, solo parenthood, and LGBTQ+ family-building journeys.

Building a More Connected Fertility Ecosystem

Kiara’s vision extends beyond a single digital tool.

The platform connects personalized assessments and AI-powered insights with a broader ecosystem that includes testing, supplements, devices, coaches, specialists, and partner providers.

For clinicians, Kiara is also developing tools that bring together AI-powered assessments, advanced testing, nutrition protocols, and expert support in a more coordinated experience for patients and both partners.

The broader vision is to create a fertility journey where couples have greater clarity and clinicians have better-organized information to support care.
