Wrapping Up the Spring Cohort: Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship
TiE Silicon Valley is proud to wrap up another successful cohort of the Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship, where 12 founders came together for six weeks of focused, high-impact learning.
Held every Monday, this virtual, instructor-led program provided a consistent space for founders to step back from the day-to-day and work on their businesses—not just in them.
Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to learn directly from Naeem Zafar and R. Paul Singh, two seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and faculty members with decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies.
Over the course of the six weeks, founders dove into the fundamentals that truly move the needle:
- Conducting meaningful market research and validating ideas
- Building go-to-market strategies and launching sales engines
- Structuring teams, dividing equity, and shaping company culture
- Developing financial models that support growth and fundraising
- Preparing to engage investors with clarity and confidence
What made this cohort stand out wasn’t just the content—it was the conversations. The live, interactive format allowed founders to ask tough questions, challenge assumptions, and learn from each other’s journeys in real time.
By the end of the program, participants walked away not only with practical frameworks, but with sharper thinking, stronger alignment (many alongside their co-founders), and a clearer path forward.
To the 12 founders who committed their time and energy each week—congratulations. Building a company is never easy, but investing in how you build it makes all the difference.
We look forward to seeing what you build next. 🚀
